People, behaviours, and businesses unfold like a story, where everybody is the expert but me. I am merely asking the right questions to the right people, documenting and translating complex problems into simple yet rich visual insights that will lead to opportunities.

Fail but fail quickly (and cheaply), the wonders of UX/UI gave me the opportunity of showing instead of telling, crafting artifacts that can spark conversations and unseen pain-points. True innovation is about curating what’s familiar and transforming it.
